FAQS

Our Workflow

01

What is a screen fee?

Our screen fees are a one-time fee per color, per side, per design. This is the mold we create for your order. Payment of screen setup fees does NOT constitute the purchase of a screen. We store all screens for up to 6 months. The scale of the print will vary on different sized garments and all items of an order will be printed with the same set of screens. Please keep the max imprint sizes in mind when ordering for youth and adult sizes.

02

How's the turnaround?

The turnaround time on your order with agape starts when you’ve submitted the total of your order(s), we have all information required to complete your order (artwork, shipping info, etc.), and your art proofs have been approved. Delay in receipt of *any* This info could result in production delays. Most art proofs are sent within 24 hours, after receiving payment and all necessary information. Our current turnaround time is 7-10 Business Days Average + Shipping. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround. Delay in approval of art proofs could also result in production delays.  The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote and invoice.

If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal business hours. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid for and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Any circumstances out of Imperial custom apparel control (e.i.  weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.

03

What are the minimums per order?

04

Do you require a deposit?

NO. Customers must submit total payment once they are ready to order. Orders scheduled to ship must be paid in full prior to shipment. If your organization requires different payment methods please contact us with details.  We accept all major credit cards (with 3% CC FEE), cash or check payments. If you pay via check, the turnaround time clock on your order will not begin until your check clears.

Payments via ZELLE can avoid the CC fee on their invoice*

Resellers/Brokers must provide a copy of your current valid State Resale Certificate.

05

What is a vector file?

Vector files are images that can be scaled to any size without losing quality. They are often used in design and can include shapes, text, colors, and filters. Vector files are more versatile than raster files, which can only maintain their resolution at a specific size.

At Agape we require your files to be vectorized for our films or PNG transparent.
